NEW YORK (CP) - Detroit Red Wing winger Henrik Zetterberg, Chicago Blackhawks winger Martin Havlat and Dallas Stars goaltender Mike Smith have been named the NHL's three stars of the week.

Zetterberg was given the first star Monday after leading all scorers with nine points (five goals, four assists) in four games. He scored the game-winning goals in two games and had four points in another win over Calgary on Sunday.

Zetterberg is amazing!!! I cannot say it enough. Is becoming very close to my favorite player. Only about 20 points out of the top 5 points scorers on I think the Red Wings are going to have a strong run in the playoffs this year.

Because they're going to have to get past my preds silly. Even though they are literally right behind us tapping on our back. I would like to see Detroit and Nashville both excel in the playoffs and end up making it into the Western Conference Finals to tell you the truth. I'm tired of being eliminated in the first round lol. If we could eliminate Detroit in the Western Finals then I'd let any of you shoot me in the head after the cup was over. :D

Well if we can just get past the first round this year..
As long as Detroit gets past the first round as well. Well, we have 5 games left to play each other this season I believe. We will see what they can do then.
