I think a change in management could only help the team at this point, assuming there are good acquisitions to be made. Guys with proven winning track records.
As far as the team goes, they definitely need to get a top line centre to work with Iginla.. the points been made hundreds of times, but nothing yet. Defensively we are totally solid, with almost the lowest goals against in the league.
