What current NHL citys need to move

There are some current NHL citys I think need to move and get out of where they are right now, and move to a city with a bigger market and more intrested in hockey. Florida and nashville are the two teams i think have no buisness being where they are. you could definetly move those 2 teams to citys like seattle, winnipeg, quebec city, hell maybe even a team in wisconson would be good, or even Indianapolis. I am still undecided on whether or not Atlanta or Carolina should have a team. They're both doing really well but atlanta and carolina arent really hockey crazy citys. And Los Angeles and Anahiem are 30 mins away from each other at most? whats the need for 2 nhl city to be so close even though they can do it because of the population in that area is so big.

I would like to hear other peoples thought on which teams should be moved or just stay where they are.

I agree that Nashville AND Florida need to go along with Columbus and Carolina. i feel that the NHL needs LA and Atlanta. i still feel after 26 years that the flames should never have left atlanta after 1979-80.the league needs to put teams back in quebec and winnipeg and hartford. even kansas city, but no seattle.
I want Car. to stay only so I can see Buf.

the Nhl needs to "spread out" the teams IDK and IDC which teams move

They should move Buffalo to Niagra Falls Canada:D
Why do that, it would be a DUMB move to do that and Buffalo should stay.

Kick NYI out of New York and put them in Hawii if they are the Islanders
Moving Buffalo would be as silly as moving the Canadiens.

I *really* would love to see teams like Florida move. Carolina isn't a hockey hotbed, either. Never will be.

Winipeg *Definetly* should get a team there again.
Go for it

I'll always say that hockey should expand forever - until every kid has the opportunity to be exposed to the grace, power, collaborative effort, and tenacity that only Hockey provides. (Yes Panoo, I believe here is Hockey in Heaven - prolly multi-dimensional)
NHL expansion will be dictated by speculation, economics, and team performance. Usually this process will work correctly, sometimes it will require correction. Even Buffalo had its share of turbulence before finding a pot of Gold.
Cities that are new to Hockey need a chance to make it - acceptance may take time. PR, communicating Hockey knowledge, team performance, stadium amenities, and even player personalities all help determine the strength of Hockey in a given city. Finally, acceptance from the established hockey community may have an influence as well - would you want to belong to an entity that thought you were unworthy?

I was just kidding about moving buffalo, they will stay were they are forever. and i agree NY Islanders need out of there.
Cities

I believe Winnipeg will be awarded an NHL franchise
in the next few years. Florida needs to go and Indy, I
believe, is not enough of a strong hockey area (perhaps
AHL, along with K.C.?).
My brother lives in Raleigh, NC, and says things are
going well there. The arena they play in, is known as
one of the loudest in the league. Interesting discussion--
fun to speculate.

Of the eight seasons the Flames played in Atlanta they averaged 10,491 per game. Their best attendance wise season was the second when they topped out at 14,162. I can't imagine they made any money in a league that even back then you needed 13-15,000 per night to cover costs. I don't know what their lease was exactly like with the Omni but I do know that it wasn't good enough to survive 10,000 people per game.

The atlanta flames had the fan support the reason why they left was the management.i was a atlanta flames fan back them.
so heres my citys that i think need to go and citys that need a team.

Need to go: Florida, Nashville, Atlanta, NY Islanders.

Need a team: Winnipeg, Seattle, Wisconson, Quebec City, Halifax.
This was just something I came up with but what about an NHL team in North Dakota? When they had the World Juniors there the arenas were packed with Canadians and it is just right below Sask. and Manitoba two places that don't have an NHL team. Just a thought.
But I think Seattle would be a great place for a team to move or expansion. And same with a team going back to Winnipeg.
The team I think should move would be New York Islanders.
