Do you honestly think calgary is the first team to ever have its fans put something on there cars? someone invented a product and it sold well, give me a break, i have painted an oilers symbol on my car for years during playoffs. As for the very small percentage of oilers fans who are doing retarded things, they are just that, retards. You can't judge the other 99% by the actions of a few idiots. Chances are they aren't even oilers fans, they just want a reason to break stuff. When calgary made it to the finals in 04' part of me wanted them to win because they were a canadian team playing againt a team from florida! but i know abuot 50 devoted hockey fans and maybe 3 of them were cheering for calgary so i am not sure who got on this bandwagon. Calgary just couldnt deliver the goods this year, i watched game 7 against anahiem and the team had no passion or desire, Edmonton has got guys like sergei samsonov blocking shots. Im willing to bet he has about 3 career blocked shots before this season. I really hope Edmonton succeeds where calgary failed.

Just wanna establish 2 things here.
1.) I don't give a shit if you cheer for Edmonton and no one in Edmonton does either, we will win the cup for the sixth timeand do what calgary has only done once. 2.) You can have the name _____Mile. I guess its good that calgary aren't copycats, would hate for them to start winning stanley cups.
