BOUCHERVILLE, Wednesday, December 20, 2006 - The Canadian Hockey League announced today the CHL Mosaik MasterCard Top 10 rankings for week thirteen. Two Quebec Major Junior Hockey League teams managed to crack the upper echelon of the CHL.
The Everett Silvertips remain atop the rankings for a fourth consecutive week, while both the Lewiston MAINEiacs (5th) and the Val-d'Or Foreurs (9th) jumped one spot.
The weekly rankings of the Canadian Hockey League's top 10 teams are selected by a panel of National Hockey League scouts.

1. Everett Silvertips (27-5-0-1)
2. Vancouver Giants (25-5-3-3)
3. Medicine Hat Tigers (28-9-2-0)
4. Barrie Colts (25-8-0-1)

6. London Knights (23-8-1-2)
7. Kitchener Rangers (24-10-0-2)
8. Kamloops Blazers (23-10-1-1)
