DALLAS (AP) - All-star goalie Marty Turco earned his franchise record-tying 160th win, stopping 18 shots and assisting on a goal as the Dallas Stars beat the Calgary Flames 4-2 on Wednesday night.

Turco has spent all six of his NHL seasons in Dallas. He began as a backup for two seasons to Ed Belfour, the Stanley Cup-winning goalie for the Stars who won 160 games from 1997-2002.

Joel Lundqvist's first broke goal snapped a 1-1 tie with 13½ minutes left in the second period. About two minutes later, Turco assisted on Stu Barnes' goal that gave Dallas a 3-1 lead.

The injury-riddled Stars, playing their final home game before hosting the all-star game next week, also had two goals from Jere Lehtinen - one in the first period and an empty-net goal in the final minute of the game.

Kristian Huselius and Andrew Ference had goals for Calgary, which lost its second straight after a five-game winning streak. Miikka Kiprusoff stopped 20 shots in his 200th NHL game.

Turco will play in his third all-star game next week as a reserve for the Western Conference squad. The only other all-star from Dallas is defenceman Philippe Boucher, scratched Wednesday night because of a facial injury sustained when he was struck in the face by a puck during a game two days earlier.

The Stars were already without injured players Mike Modano, Sergei Zubov, Brenden Morrow, Matthew Barnaby and Jeff Halpern.

Turco's assist came when he passed to Eric Lindros at centre ice. Lindros pushed the puck to Barnes, whose slap shot from the middle of the right circle went over Kiprusoff's shoulder and into the net for his seventh goal.

It was Turco's fourth assist, one short of the Stars' season record for a goalie, set by Belfour five years ago.
