Here's my list...

1. Wayne Gretzky - the Great One
2. Jari Kurri - silky smooth with a rocket shot
3. Ryan Smyth - toughest man to move from in front of the net
4. Jason Smith - solid D and solid leader
5. Jeff Beukaboom - thunder hits!
6. Billy Ranford - silent and loyal, waited his turn then made the most of it
7. Grant Fuhr - acrobat
8. Esa Tikkanen - best one on one defender in the league
9. Kelly Buchberger - kept the boat stable during some brutal years
10. Kevin Lowe - original Oiler, first Oiler draft pick, first Oiler goal

This was harder than I thought it would be.

Honourable Mentions:
Mark Messier, Charlie Huddy, Al Hamilton, Dave Hunter, Dave Brown, Dave Semenko, Bernie Nicholls, Doug Weight, Boyd Devereaux, Gord Mark, and there's probably others that I loved to watch but can't think of right now.

The demanding trade quartet:
Chris Pronger, Mike Comrie, Andy Moog and Paul Coffey
