Kris Russell scored twice on a two-man advantage in the second period to help the Medicine Hat Tigers beat the Prince Albert Raiders 5-2 on Tuesday night.

David Schlemko scored once and added three assists, while Chris Stevens and Kevin Undershute added singles for the Tigers (45-14-2-0), who extended their winning streak to 15 games.

Matt Robertson, with his 30th of the season, and Asthon Hewson scored for the Raiders (24-27-3-2).

Prince Albert goaltender Jesse Deckert left the game at 11:32 of the second period having stopped 23 of 28 shots. Backup David Aime block all 11 shots he faced in relief.

Tiger goaltender Matt Keetley stopped 27 of 29 shots to collect his 35th win of the season.
