Was digging around the net and found a post by some blogger on what he thinks the worst part about being an NHL coach is.

I kind of agree with him. I'd hate trading away players after they come back from injury.

Yes, but you never know if before the injury, the player wasn't on the trade block or not anyway? Because of the injury, it just sticks out more!!

As hard as it is to watch, it's the life of an NHL player in this day and age!!!

You are probably right. I guess there really is no way to know if they were on the block before hand or not. You'd have to be a high level insider for that kind of info...

I guess the real kicker is going to be if this guy is right in his predictions.

Could Antropov and Tucker be gone from the leafs. I'm a tucker fun, but couldn't care less to see Antropov gone.

I think the worst part of being an NHL coach is never knowing how long you've got a job for. So you sign a contract, that doesn't mean you can't be fired tommorrow.

And even if you're a good coach it doesn't mean you'll always have a job (Quinn, Crawford, Nolan).
