Tomas Popperle made 29 saves and stopped three out of four B-Sens in the shootout to give Syracuse a Monday matinee victory.

Walser also added an assist and Olivier Labelle recorded a goal and an assist for the Crunch.

The Crunch earned their fifth win in the last five contests, going 5-2-0-3 in their last 10 games.
