(Sports Network) - The Vancouver Canucks take aim at their fourth straight victory when the club starts up a five-game road trip tonight against the Minnesota Wild.

The two teams are wrapping up a home-and-home series which began Saturday in Vancouver, where the Canucks came away with a 2-1 victory on Mattias Ohlund's tiebreaking goal midway through the third period.

Trevor Linden had the other tally for the Canucks, who have matched their longest win streak of the season. Vancouver also won three in a row from November 17-22.

Daniel Sedin and Henrik Sedin had assists on both goals, and the brothers are each currently riding five-game point-scoring streaks. Daniel has recorded two goals and six assists during his run, while Henrik has compiled one goal and seven helpers.

Roberto Luongo contributed to the triumph by stopping 28 of 29 Minnesota shots.

Pavol Demitra had the lone marker for the Wild, who were dealt their seventh consecutive loss on the road.
