Drakkar 6, Sagueneens 4

Baie-Comeau Drakkar forward Francois Bouchard upped his points total to 96 Sunday, to tie Thomas Beauregard for the top spot on the points board.

Bouchard had three assists to lead the Drakkar to a 6-4 victory over the Chicoutimi Sagueneens in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.

The Sherbrooke, Que., native has 32 goals and 64 goals this season.

At Chicoutimi, Que., Benjamin Breault had a hat trick for the Drakkar (24-14-1-6), while Charles-Antoine Messier, Jean-Philippe Paquet and Joakim Jensen added a goal each.

David Desharnais, Joel Champagne, Julien Brouillette and Juraj Mikus replied for the Sagueneens (20-22-4-1).

Wildcats 4, Mooseheads 2

At Moncton, N.B., Andrew MacDonald's goal at 19:57 in second period stood as the winner as the Wildcats beat Halifax.

Matt Marquardt, Marc-Andre Labelle and Marcus Watson also scored for Moncton (30-15-1-1).

Andrew White and Ryan Hillier replied for the Mooseheads (20-21-3-2).

Tigres 6, Huskies 2

At Victoriaville, Que., Benoit Doucet registered a hat trick and added an assist as the Tigres downed Rouyn-Noranda.

Vincent Zaore-Vanie, Maxim Noreau and Francis Guerette-Charland also scored for Victoriaville (26-16-2-1).

Yannick Riendeau put away both goals for the Huskies (24-18-3-4).

Foreurs 7, Oceanic 2

At Rimouski, Que., Henrick Lavoie netted two goals and added an assist as Val-d'Or beat the Oceanic.

Jerome Samson had two second-period power-play goals for the Foreurs (28-14-2-2), while Mathieu Roy, Julius Sinkovic and Dylan Garrioch added singles.

Michael Frolik and Yanick Charron replied for Rimouski (9-28-6-1).
