Oceanic 6, Mooseheads 5

Maxime Gratchev led the Rimouski Oceanic to a come-from-behind victory Sunday, scoring two third-period goals to tie the game.

Gratchev added a goal in the shootout as the Oceanic edged the Halifax Mooseheads 6-5 in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.

The Russian scored at 11:34 in the final period and struck again five minutes later to send the game into extra time as Rimouski fought back from a 4-0 deficit after the first period.

Gratchev has 58 points this seasn.

At Halifax, Olivier Fortier, Yanick Charron and Louis-Philippe Lachance had a goal each for Rimouski (16-30-6-1).

Michael Frolik added a goal in the shootout.

Bryce Swan, Jakub Voracek, Yuri Cheremetiev, Garrett Peters and Ryan Hillier scored for the Mooseheads (24-25-3-3).

Screaming Eagles 8, Voltigeurs 2

At Sydney, N.S. Jean-Claude Sawyer registered a hat trick in the first period as the Screaming Eagles trounced Drummondville.

Dean Ouellet scored twice for Cape Breton (34-17-0-2), while Bradley Gallant, Paul Alexander McIlveen and James Sheppard added goals.

Drew Paris and Jonathan Duchesneau replied for the Voltigeurs (24-24-1-3).

Olympiques 9, Tigres 3

At Gatineau, Que., Viatcheslav Trukhno had a goal and three assists to lead the Olympiques over Victoriaville.

Paul Byron, Keven Petit, Martin Frechette, David Kveton, Darryl Smith, Jean-Philip Chabot, Claude Giroux and Alexandre Touchette also scored for Gatineau (30-19-2-2).

Morten Madsen had two goals for the Tigres (30-19-2-2).

Sagueneens 4, Drakkar 3

At Baie-Comeau, Que., Alexandre Imbeault scored in regulation and the shootout as Chicoutimi topped the Drakkar.

Juraj Mikus scored twice for the Sagueneens (26-25-1-4).

Alexandre Picard-Hooper, Marc-Andre Laroche and Olivier Donais replied for Baie-Comeau (28-17-1-7).
