It's not working out too well for Alexander Steen right now, and we're about 30 games into the season. He's struggling horribly.

He really had a chance to step up when Sundin went down, but it looks like he's not able to fight off this slump right now. He's playing hard and well defencively, but I don't see him even generating much in the way of chances in the offencive zone. He hasn't been in on many quality scoring chances at all... more invisible out there than anything really.

Not to mention he only has 1 goal, none in his last 20+.

What are your thoughts on the way things have gone for him this year? He's a very skilled player, and he has to break out of his slump for this team to be successful this year... When do you think he will though?

Or do you think he will... :dunno: I didnt' expect it at all, and it really is a concern.

Your thoughts....

Currently a 1 Goal, 5 Assists for 6 Points in 28 Games Played. (none in his last 11)
