(Sports Network) - The struggling Dallas Stars try to end a three-game slide tonight when they welcome the Minnesota Wild to AmericanAirlines Center.

Dallas is coming off an 0-3-0 road trip through Detroit, Chicago and Washington. On Thursday the Stars dropped a 4-3 tilt to the Capitals, as Alexander Semin scored his 10th goal of the season and Olaf Kolzig made 35 saves to lift the hosts.

Jussi Jokinen scored twice while Philippe Boucher added two assists for the Stars, while goaltender Mike Smith was touched for four goals on 14 shots in the first two periods. Marty Turco came out to open the third and made nine saves the rest of the way.

The Stars hope to avoid their first four-game losing streak since November 30- December 10, 2003 when they lost five in a row.

Dallas has thrived at home this season, going 8-2-0 at the AAC. The Stars begin a four-game homestand tonight and will welcome San Jose on Monday.

Minnesota, meanwhile, has also lost its last three games. On Friday the Wild dropped a 3-0 tilt to visiting Detroit, as Dominik Hasek stopped all 20 shots he faced to anchor the Red Wings.
