The Spokane Chiefs are riding a season high five game winning streak with two games remaining on their four game stretch on the road. Spokane will travel to Everett on Wednesday night to take on the Silvertips and then play for the first time in the ShoWare Center versus the Seattle Thunderbirds on Friday night.

The Chiefs will then return to the Spokane Arena to take on the Tri-City Americans for the fourth time at home this year. Saturday night is Buck Night and CheerStix giveaway presented by Red Lion River Inn and 92.9 ZZU. The first 5,000 fans through the gates will receive a pair of CheerStix courtesy of Red Lion River Inn. Hot Dogs, popcorn and Coca-Cola products will also be available for just $1 all night long.

The home team has won each of the four previous match-ups with Spokane and the Silvertips, but the Chiefs have been to Everett just one other time, October 31t in a 3-2 loss. Spokane owns a pair of shutouts and a 5-1 win over the 'Tips in the Arena. The Chiefs will host Everett just one more time in the regular season, March 11th, and travel three more times including Wednesday night.

The Thunderbirds have posted a 5-0-0-1 record in their new digs, earning a possible 11 out of 12 points at home since moving from KeyArena in downtown Seattle to the ShoWare Center in Kent. Seattle played a road heavy first half of the season leaving 19 games at home for the remainder of the regular season. In comparison, the Chiefs have played 23 home games and have 13 remaining.

Wednesday night's game at Everett will begin at 7:00 and Friday night in Seattle will start at 7:30. Mike Boyle will go on the air a half-an-hour prior to each puck drop with Comcast Hockey Tonight on 1510 KGA. Saturday night's radio broadcast will be aired on KJRB 790 the Fan and then simulcast on 1510 KGA once the Gonzaga Men's basketball game is finished. The game will also be aired live on Comcast channel 78 in Spokane.
