Spirit Ranked for Eighth Consecutive Week in CHL Top-10

(Saginaw, MI) The Canadian Hockey League announced today that the Saginaw Spirit has been ranked 8th in the CHL Mosaik MasterCard Top 10 Ranking. This marks the sixth consecutive week that the Spirit have been named to the weekly ranking of the CHL's top ten teams. The Spirit was ranked 8th last week. The teams are selected by a panel of National Hockey League Scouts.

The Spirit enter the week with 44 points and a record of 21-9-0-2. Saginaw is in first place in the OHL West Division and third in the OHL Western Conference. The team will see action in three road games this weekend, playing the Kitchener Rangers on Friday, the Erie Otters on Saturday and the Oshawa Generals on Sunday.
