(Saginaw, MI) The Saginaw Spirit Hockey Club will be supporting a special fundraiser for two local hockey clubs. The Bay Area Thunder and Swan Valley-Hemlock Titans will be playing a game prior to the December 30th, 2006 home game against the Kitchener Rangers.
Tickets purchased for the 4:15 PM high school match-up will be valid for the 7:11 PM Spirit game. Proceeds from the ticket sale will go to the two high school hockey programs. Both games will be played at the Dow Event Center in Saginaw.
The Bay Area Thunder hockey program is composed of students from Bangor John Glenn, Bay City All Saints, Essexville Garber and Pinconning High Schools. The Titans hockey program was recently formed with students from Swan Valley and Hemlock High Schools.
