Which players do you think will improve, which ones do you think will slip in terms of their performances last year, and which ones will have another solid year? Be it on yoru favourite team, or the league in general.

For Toronto, Kyle Wellwood is already off to a great start. Hopefully he keeps it up.

Steen hasn't gotten on the board much yet, but he was skating hard yesterday, so I expect him to get going soon.

Cool thread. Well with the super rookie crop the NHL had last year there's probably quite a few soph's to watch.

Here's my list:
-H. Lundqist
-C. Ward
-D. Phaneuf
-S. Crosby
-A. Ovechkin
-W. Wolski (although, I think he's still considered a rookie).
