SEATTLE (CP) - Viktor Sjodin and Matt Betker both scored twice to help the Portland Winter Hawks snap a 10-game losing streak with a 5-2 win over the Seattle Thunderbirds in Western Hockey League action.

The loss was the fourth in a row at home for Seattle, 23-17-1-11, and puts Portland at 15-36-1-1 on the season.

Sjodin, a native of Vasteras, Sweden, now has eight goals this season while Betker has five for the Winter Hawks.
