Vojtech Polak set career highs with four goals and six points in Iowa’s 7-5 win over visiting Milwaukee at Wells Fargo Arena on Saturday night.

Polak scored three times in the third period alone as the Stars snapped a 4-4 tie and earned their fourth victory in five games.

Marty Sertich added two goals and two assists for Iowa, which never trailed in the game.

Rich Peverley led the Admirals with two goals and an assist, giving him eight points in his last four games (5g, 3a).

The 21-year-old Polak, a second-round draft choice by Dallas in 2003, moved into a tie for second on Iowa’s scoring page with 33 points on the season, tying AHL season highs for goals and points in a game.
