(Sports Network) - The San Jose Sharks shoot for their fourth straight win tonight when they continue a road trip against the Phoenix Coyotes at Arena.

The Sharks began the trek on Thursday, when Patrick Marleau recorded his second career hat trick to lead San Jose to 7-3 victory over the Los Angeles Kings at Staples Center.

Jonathan Cheechoo added two goals for the Sharks, who have won five of their last six outings overall. Steve Bernier and Christian Ehrhoff also scored in the victory.

Vesa Toskala made 35 saves for San Jose.

Marleau checks in with a team-leading 10 goals this season and has four tallies and an assist in the last two games.

San Jose will visit Los Angeles again on Monday.

Phoenix, meanwhile, has lost three of its last four games. On Thursday the Coyotes lost a 1-0 decision to visiting Dallas, as Marty Turco needed to make only 13 saves for the Stars.
