Anyone see the fight? Did Shanny hold his own. Is it viewable on a web site somewhere?

Brasher is the biggest chickensh*t of a player i have ever seen. Goes after Jagr like that, shannahan is forced to fight him the cheapshots ward like that. What does this guy actually do other than fight, give up the puck, sit on the bench pretty much the whole game unless coach puts him out there to fight. Awful Player

Shannahan is my favorite player after that, he's sticking up for his captain and he held his own against Brashear. Washington Capitals are mixing it up with many teams this year, Buffalo Pittsburgh Atlanta and now Rangers. Great fckin' hockey.

you guys arent aloud to rip on brashear like that, hes probably mad at the world because of the marty mcsorley incident back in the day. (YouTube - Marty Mcsorley hits donald brashear)

But have you guys done research on this guy in the juniors, he was a machine, he could score, pass, hit and fight. A lot of coaches dreams he was an all around player.

some junior records:
(91-92) 42 points in 65 games. (283 pim)
(90-91) 38 points in 68 games. (195 pim)
(89-90) first "pro" hockey with QMJHL: 26 points in 64 games (169 pims)

If Brashear knew how to skate better then a guy who was paralyzed from the waste down maybe he would be good in the NHL.
