Sources tell TSN that Ottawa Senators centre Jason Spezza will be sidelined for the next four-to-six weeks after suffering a left knee injury against Tampa Bay on Thursday night.
Lightning right winger Martin St. Louis hit Spezza along the boards in neutral ice late in the third period of Tampa Bay's 4-2 victory.
