It's beginning to look that way.
Sources close to Niedermayer suggest he is prepared to return to the NHL team in the near future.

For the Ducks, this would be extremely welcome news, especially after getting blown out twice in row last weekend.

Every single team in the league would be hurting without Niedermayer in the lineup, even one that already has Chris Pronger there.

Looks like this is happening like now! Burke has called a 630 PST press conference.

This is pretty awesome really, having a player like this in the game is good for the game all around.

Well, she's a done deal now. Whatever the case may be this is a good thing for hockey. Having a player of this caliber return is huge for the game IMO.
