Every single team in the league would be hurting without Niedermayer in the lineup, even one that already has Chris Pronger there.

For the Ducks, this would be extremely welcome news, especially after getting blown out twice in row last weekend.It's beginning to look that way.
Sources close to Niedermayer suggest he is prepared to return to the NHL team in the near future.
