(Sports Network) - A pair of division leaders meet this evening in New Jersey, as the Devils welcome the Buffalo Sabres to Continental Airlines Arena.

The Sabres lead the Northeast Division and the Eastern Conference with 74 points, while the Devils are atop the Atlantic Division and second in the conference with 68 points.

The Devils are coming off a wild win in Philadelphia on Thursday. Brad Lukowich scored for New Jersey with 49.5 seconds left in overtime to help his team earn the 6-5 decision.

The Flyers had taken a 5-4 lead on Peter Forsberg's goal with 4:10 left in the third period, but Zach Parise netted the equalizer with just 31.8 seconds remaining in regulation.

In the extra session, Brian Rafalski one-timed the puck from the point and Lukowich redirected it for the goal and the victory.

Travis Zajac had two goals while Patrik Elias and Langenbrunner rounded out the scoring for the Devils, who have won three of their last five contests. Scott Gomez notched two assists and Martin Brodeur ended with 31 saves.

Tonight marks the start of a season-long six-game homestand for the Devils, who are an impressive 17-4-4 at the Meadowlands this year.
