I just hope to god Peters has had a recent tetanus shot, and doesn't need rabies shots.
Compared to Ruutu, Chris Neil is a Lady Byng winner.

I actually don't think Ruutu is that bad,
it's good that the sens have another enforcer.
I mean like, he's done some stupid stuff, like bite
a buffalo sabre, but he's still making sure that
the sens aren't pushovers.
1) Ruutu isn't an enforcer. He usually shies away from fighting. He's a pest though, attempting to draw penalties from the other team. The thing is that he's nowhere near as good as an Esa Tikkanen, Kirk Maltby, Sean Avery, Claude Lemeuix or Patrick Kaleta.

2) It's not like Ruutu chased Peters around the ice, pushed him down and then tore out his jugular vein with his teeth. Peters put his hand in Ruutu's mouth. Do I condone Ruutu's bite? No. But exactly what was Peters expecting the reaction to be? It's natural instinct to bite down. Yes, Ruutu shouldn't have bit him, but Peters was an idiot for putting himself in the position to be bit, which most people neglected to even notice. Not to mention his reaction. Dude was wearing a glove, the bite couldn't have hurt much if there wasn't any deformities in the glove, guys take slashes and slapshots to their hands and they're okay. Not sure that Ruutu's bite would have been worse than a slash. Long story short, Ruutu's not the epitome of class, and neither is Peters.

I fixed that for you. As a Pen, he was an embarisment more times to remember. And in the end just starting taking too many stupid penalties. He's been around long enough that every ref in the league knows him. He's now drawing less penalties, and taking more.

When in a fight, he turtles. From what I've seen, he tends to do something to aggravate the other team then hurries away from the player he aggravated or just heads straight to the bed. Either way, he avoids fighting, either by leaving the area or turtling. One of the two.
