I thought the Kings were a little shaky last night, but it was nice to see them get another W. Simmonds was all over the ice, best I've seen him play in a while. And Greene really picked a great night for his 1st of the year. Still, guys like Kopitar, Brown, and Frolov need to step up and score in games like these, I know Frolov had an empty netter, but they need to net the important ones. Good defense, and Quick was solid. If there are any Kings fans out there, please post!

Another big win for the Kings last night, and against a great team. And I need to say Wayne Simmonds is on fire right now. he's skating better than ever and has found his scoring touch. I look for big things from him in the future. Maybe him Schenn, and Brown on one line. That in a year or two, to me sounds like one hell of a second line behind Kopitar, Frovlov, and Williams

Wayne Simmonds has 4 goals in his last 5 games and points in 5 straight. The man is on fire, and I don't see signs of him stoping soon, he gets himself into good scoring areas, he's not afraid to be physical and is turning himself into a real nice player. It's also good to know even though Kopitar is slumping, or just coming back down to earth that Simmonds is steeping up and making plays for this Kings team

Simmonds point streak is now over after the Kings 2-1 win over the Flames. This kid still has a lot of promise though, and look for him to do big thinks in the future

Kings are on an 8 game win streak and everyone appears to be stepping up right now. Simmonds has 7 points in his last 8 games. Kopitar looks like he did at the start of the year, and Quick is starting to show himself as an upper half goal tender. I wonder if this win streak will continue, and put these guys in double digits with the Sens and Caps

Kings had a blow out win last night. Up next My Preds. I am a little worried about this one though.
At this point in the season I think teams like the Kings and Preds are going to have great games. Both teams who are fighting for playoff spots and both teams who need points like it's no ones business. I think it should be a good game.

who seen Doughty's play the other night, end to end rush and set up someone right in the slot for a goal, he had 3 assists that night. The kids amazing he has the the potential to be one of the best ever.

Yeah, he really looks like he has a bright future ahead of him. He really has the potential to be one of the best ever at his position. I can only imagine what the future holds for him.

Kings gave the Blue Jackets a 6-0 spanking last night. When Frolov plays like he did last night this is one of the better teams in the league. To me he's always been one of the most skilled players in the NHL, but you don't see it out of him night in night out. If the Kings can keep playing like this, along with consistent goal tending by Quick they could be a real threat in the playoffs. But Quick is a mystery, he's young and has never been in the playoffs so he's a real wildcard.
