(CP) - Quinnipiac takes the ECAC's best record to Hanover, N.H., for a game against second-place Dartmouth this Saturday.
Eleven of the 28 players on the Bobcats roster are from Canada, including the conference's rookie of the week, Brandon Wong of Victoria. Last weekend, Wong had a goal and two assists in a 3-1 win over Colgate and a goal and an assist in a 5-2 win over Cornell.
Bud Fisher of Peterborough, Ont., Quinnipiac's sophomore goaltender, was between the pipes for both wins and blocked 53 of 56 shots.
Thirteen of the 27 players on Dartmouth's roster are Canadians. David Jones of North Vancouver, a junior forward for the Big Green, leads scoring with four goals and eight assists in eight games. The Colorado Avalanche draft pick was second in team scoring last season with 34 points in 33 games.
Senior Dartmouth forward Tanner Glass of Craven, Sask., a Florida Panthers draft pick, is second to Jones in team scoring with two goals and seven assists in eight games.
Mark Dekanich of North Vancouver, a junior goaltender for Colgate, stopped 87 of 91 shots (.956) in a 3-1 loss to Quinnipiac and a 4-2 win over Princeton.
RPI senior forward Kirk MacDonald of Victoria scored twice and set up one in a 5-4 loss to Sacred Heart.
