The rumor mills are churning once again.

Ever since the Atlanta Thrashers relocated to Winnipeg this past Summer, speculation immediately began that the NHL was in talks with Quebec City to bring a relocated franchise there. Fans got excited. The Canadian media got excited.

Gary Bettman did not.

Would love to see Phoenix move to Quebec. I've been to games in Phoenix and the fan base there is just terrible. No hockey passion what so ever?

I'd love to see Quebec back in the NHL. We were there on holiday a few weeks back and I wore my Flyers jersey as it was the start of the season. Got a lot of good comments from the locals and had a little school kid give me the thumbs up.

I'd rather Nashville go before Phoenix but that's just me. Phoenix isn't tremendously far from my new domain and I've been to a few hockey games, but I agree the fanbase is nothing compared to the atmosphere of places like Philly, Calgary, Boston, and even Dallas.

Dallas has the worst attendance in the league through the first month +. Sure, you can blame the MLB Playoffs for part of October, but what's their excuse now?

If anything Hamilton will get a team before Québec. Don`t judge me. Just an opinion. I would also like to see Hartfort come back too. In fact, all the old teams.
