(Sports Network) - The Nashville Predators will open the doors of Gaylord Entertainment Center for the Anaheim Ducks tonight, as the top two teams in the Western Conference do battle in the Music City.

The Predators currently lead the NHL and the West with 75 points, but they have dropped two straight games and Anaheim is just three points back.

Nashville dropped the final two tests of a four-game road trip and the latest disappointment came Thursday in Arizona. Yanic Perreault's goal with 5:29 left in the third period was the difference, as the Phoenix Coyotes slipped past the Preds, 3-2.

Steve Sullivan picked up a goal and one helper for the Predators, who have dropped the consecutive matches on the heels of a four-game winning streak.

Jason Arnott also scored for Nashville and Tomas Vokoun gave up three goals on 31 shots.

The Predators are back home for just one game before heading to Pittsburgh for Tuesday's game. Nashville is 18-3-3 as the host this season.

Anaheim struggled while goaltender Jean-Sebastien Giguere and defensemen Francois Beauchemin and Chris Pronger had extended layoffs due to injuries. However, all three players returned earlier this week and the Ducks have won both games with them back in the lineup.
