Pittsburgh, PA (Sports Network) - Pittsburgh Penguins center Evgeni Malkin will make his NHL debut Wednesday night against the New Jersey Devils, general manager Ray Shero announced Monday.
Malkin dislocated his shoulder Sept. 20 in the Pens' first preseason game against Philadelphia when he collided with teammate John Leclair behind the Flyers net. He began practicing with the team last week and has been cleared to play by the Penguins' medical staff.
