CHILLIWACK, B.C. (CP) - Defenceman Paul Kurceba notched a goal and two assists to lead the Kootenay Ice to a 6-4 victory over the Chilliwack Bruins in Western Hockey League action on Wednesday.
John Negrin, with his first of the season, Andrew Bailey, Steve DaSilva, Michael Busto and Ben Maxwell also scored for Kootenay (20-9-1-2). Oscar Moller, Mark Santorelli, Aki Kangasmaki and Colby Kulhanek replied for Chilliwack (7-21-2-1), which lost its second straight game.
