(Sports Network) - The Florida Panthers aren't merely struggling offensively. That would be too weak of a classification.

Entering Saturday's tilt with Atlanta, the Panthers have been shut out in three straight games. They have lost five straight overall (0-3-2), including Thursday's 6-0 loss in Ottawa. Ray Emery stopped 31 shots to stymie Florida.

The Panthers were shut out in all three games of their recent road trip, as they also lost 1-0 tilts to Atlanta and Montreal.

Alexander Auld started in net for the Panthers and was shelled for five goals on 17 shots before being pulled. Ed Belfour finished the game in net and stopped 10-of-11 shots.
