From what I understand he's been playing well in Hamilton and he has 6 goals and 7 assists in 24 games, so for a defenseman he's putting up pretty good numbers. I think in a year our two he'll be on Montreal, maybe even a call up for a short period of time this year

He looked amazing at the WJ's. I seem to remember him best for sneaking in from the point when the puck was down low.
Sometimes it takes a D-man a few years to adjust to playing against men instead of teenagers.
Remember that every level is the best of the best from the previous one. The AHL is the best of the best from all the junior leagues. The NHL is the 700+ best in the world.
The Habs have a keeper in P.K.
He and Markov should make a killer PP unit in a couple of seasons.

lol with your OP I thought you were a fan.
He has the ability to sneak in from the point into the slot somewhere. It makes him more dangerous than just a big shot from the point.
I am a fan and yes he is pretty much dangerous any part of his game except he doesn,t hit a lot but very offensive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Montreal tries not to rush their prospects. Subban, while talented, had rough edges around his game and if you've watched some Bulldogs games, it shows. Giving him significant time in the AHL helps to adjust his game to the professional level. He'll be in the NHL soon, don't worry.
even how good Del Zotto was for the Oshawa Generals in the OHL last 3 seasons I wouldn,t even dream that Del Zotto would make NHL faster than Subban!
I wonder how much difference there is between AHL and NHL ? I can,t see much difference except for your elite players in the NHL
Subban is also much more of a project than Del Zotto ever was.
When Subban was drafted, it was expected that he would be four or five years away from the NHL. He's on pace for that expectation.

What do you mean where is Subban? He has played two games in the NHL. Did you expect him to score 10 points a game? He is already proving himself as a Montreal top 4 Defenseman with 2 assists in his first 2 NHL games, and he is averaging 20:00 ice time.
I believe my friend that P.K. Subban will have a better career in the NHL. Not just because he has points in his first two games, but because I haved watched him play in Belleville for the past three years.
get in the program when I posted this message he hadn,t played in the NHL and no Subban will never amount to Del Zotto!
