NEW YORK - Ottawa Senators goaltender Ray Emery, Los Angeles Kings left wing Alexander Frolov and Vancouver Canucks left wing Daniel Sedin have been named the NHL's 'Three Stars' for the week ending Sunday, Dec. 31.

Emery backstopped the Senators to three consecutive victories, posting a 0.66 goals-against average, .977 save percentage and two shutouts.

Emery improved his season record to 15-9-0 with a 2.42 goals-against average, a .923 save percentage and three shutouts.

Frolov led all NHL scorers for the week, posting 10 points - four goals, six assists - in four games. He recorded multiple points in each game of the week.

He tallied a goal and two assists in consecutive games, a 7-4 win over the Edmonton Oilers Dec. 28 and a 6-4 loss to the Calgary Flames Dec. 29, and closed the week with both Kings goals in a 6-2 loss to the Detroit Red Wings Dec. 31.
