This is exciting for us here in nashville. Meaning we might be able to spend more on our roster next season and improve more from this season. GO Preds

The news comes a little more than a week after the Predators' owners avoided a potential lease default with the city by promising to waive their early termination rights for the next two years.
"As of (last) Saturday, we're now over the 14,000 mark, and based on ticket sales and how everything is going, I don't see it being an issue at all," Predators president of business operations Ed Lang said.
The good news came with a caveat for Predators fans — ticket prices are going to rise as much as 6.45 percent next season depending on the section at Bridgestone Arena. Fans who signed up for the Predators' 2/20 season ticket package will not see their prices go up.
