They mentioned this during the game last night. It's still a little too early to start calling it a sophomore slump, but it would be nice for Sabres fans to see him pick it up a notch. How did you think he looked last night?

Not sure that I'd call it a slump. The whole team is struggling. After 10 games he has 3 goals and 1 assist, not his problem that no one is putting his feeds in the net.

His +/- at one point was -9 compared to +8 for a guy like Steve Montador. His offensive production has returned in the last few games, but it seems as though forwards around the league have been taking advantage in perceived weaknesses on defense.

Yeah, they were mostly talking about his play in his own end. I'm not 100% positive, but I think he looked a little lost on Briere's goal.
