Canucks coach Alain Vigneault has heard the stories about the Sedins' prowess on the penalty killing unit.

He's seen the stats.

He knows full-well the instant success they had after being installed on the Canucks' shorthanded unit Nov. 10 against Colorado.

He doesn't seem to care.

Vigneault said he's intent on reducing the sizable number of minutes twins Henrik and Daniel spent scurrying around the ice trying to prevent power-play goals. He needs them to score power-play goals, not prevent them.
