SWIFT CURRENT, Sask. (CP) - Michael Wilson scored the winning goal as the Swift Current Broncos earned a 3-2 win over the visiting Regina Pats in Western Hockey League action Sunday.

Regina scored twice in the final 3:54 of play, but a Pats potential game tying goal was ruled to have gone in after time had expired. Pats defenceman Craig Schira scored on the power play with 3:54 left on the clock, and Mike Reich made it a one-goal game when he scored with the goaltender pulled for an extra attacker with 1:13 left in regulation.

Swift Current led 1-0 after the first period and extended their lead to 3-0 early in the third period on goals from Zack Smith, Wilson and Daniel Rakos.
