(Sports Network) - The Tampa Bay Lightning will get their first real taste of the road in the coming games, as they have yet to play two straight away from home this season.

After Wednesday's home tilt vs. Toronto, the Bolts will embark on a four-game trek through Philadelphia, Boston, Long Island and Pittsburgh. Overall the club will see a stretch that has it on hostile ice for seven-of-10.

Heading into Wednesday's tune up game, the Lightning hope to get back on track and end a two-game skid. They have fallen to Carolina and San Jose, including Sunday's 4-2 tilt vs. the Sharks. Both teams tallied a pair of power-play goals in the match, but the Sharks put two markers on the board in the third period that proved to be the difference.

Vincent Lecavalier and Martin St. Louis lit the lamp for Tampa, and defenseman Dan Boyle registered two assists.

Marc Denis made 25 stops between the pipes for the Lightning, who had won three straight games before the current lull.
