WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (CP) - Kris Newbury scored at 4:24 of overtime to help the Toronto Marlies beat the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins 6-5 in American Hockey League action Friday.
Boyd Devereaux, Jamie Sifers, Brett Engelhardt, Ben Ondrus and Jeff Corey also scored for the Marlies, who captured their first overtime win of the year. Connor James scored twice for the Penguins, while Stephen Dixon, Kyle Brodziak and Kurtis McLean also had goals.
