Kings continue to struggle
(Sports Network) - The Kings have been up and down all season long and could really use a winning streak.
Los Angeles has battled inconsistency and with a record of 7-12-4 is on the outside looking in as far as the early postseason race is concerned. The Kings have won back-to-back games just once this season and that mini streak came on October 7 and 10 with victories over the Blues and Islanders.
The Kings were in action Wednesday night, but were handed a 6-3 loss in San Jose. Once again, LA goaltender Dan Cloutier was shaky in net, giving up five goals on 12 shots before being pulled
