CALGARY (CP) - Keegan Dansereau scored with three seconds left in the game to lead the Calgary Hitmen to a 3-2, come-from-behind win over the Medicine Hat Tigers in Western Hockey League action Saturday night.
Steve Covington and Robin Figren also scored for Calgary (18-11-0-2), which trailed 2-0 after the first period and 2-1 after the second. Rookie defenceman Michael Stone had two assists for the Hitmen, who started a 10-game homestand after playing their previous five games on the road.
Kris Russell had a goal and an assist for the Tigers (24-6-2-0), who counted a pair of power-play markers in the first period. Chris Stevens notched Medicine Hat's other goal.
Calgary goaltender Dan Spence stopped 30 of 32 shots he faced to improve his record to 15-9-1, while Medicine Hat goalie Matt Keetley made 20 saves in a losing cause.
