Justin Pogge makes 36 saves to help Toronto edge Houston 2-1

HOUSTON (CP) - Justin Pogge made 36 saves to lead the Toronto Marlies to a 2-1 win over the Houston Aeros in American Hockey League action Friday.

The 20-year-old goalie, last year's CHL player of the year, now boasts a .942 save percentage. Colin Murphy and Jeremy Williams scored for Toronto (5-5-1-0). Matt Foy replied for Houston (3-7-0-1).

Sweet. He's got tons of time in the minors but it great to see him doing so well.

Definitely. I haven't seen him play since the WJHC, but it sounds like he's doing great.

Yeah, it was tough to follow him in the WHL last year.
