MOOSE JAW, Sask. (CP) - Jordan Knackstedt had two goals and an assist as the Moose Jaw Warriors defeated the Seattle Thunderbirds 5-3 Sunday in Western Hockey League action.
The Warriors also had markers from Riley Holzapfel, Steve Gillen and Jason Reese, who potted an empty-netter.
Greg Scott, Radek Meidl and Brett Robertson replied for the Thunderbirds, who drop to 20-13-1-10 in the loss, tying them with the Spokane Chiefs for second place in the U.S. Division.
