NEW YORK -- Ed Horne, President, NHL Enterprises, today announced the appointment of John Collins as Executive Vice President, Corporate Sales and Marketing. Collins, most recently President and Chief Executive of the Cleveland Browns, will lead the NHL's corporate sales efforts in the United States, focusing on development of new revenue opportunities, partner management and sales coordination with League network partners. Collins also will oversee all aspects of the NHL's marketing plan development and implementation.
With the Browns, Collins was responsible for all aspects of the Club's business and directed the development, strategic planning and implementation of organizational goals and objectives.
