Sportsnet is reporting that Jason Spezza eats endangered species of animals to keep his body fat down. Ostrich, Buffalo, and even Tuna are on the menu at the Spezza household. Jason has apparently said that he is going to be in the Senators lineup this fall, and if that means consuming rare animals then "the animal kingdom can go to hell."

Dunno about anyone else, but buffalo meat is readily available at the meat dept. of any grocer in northern Alberta. I wouldn't consider it "endangered". It's extremely lean and tastes great!

does it go down good with beer?!
Very well. You really have to keep an eye on the bbq when doing burgers because the meat is so lean. Don't want to burn them. Buffalo roast is excellent, too.

What is wrong with buffalo meat? Why should someone go to hell for eating buffalo? Also, what is wrong with canned tuna? Why would it be difficult to look into a mirror? Does it cause unsightly blemishes?

So many questions, so few answers.....
