The Carolina Hurricanes announced today that left wing Cory Stillman has been activated from the non-roster injured list. Stillman underwent surgery for a right shoulder injury on Aug. 18 and has not played a game this season.
Stillman, 32, is expected to begin his 12th NHL season and his second with the Hurricanes during the team's road trip against Northwest Division opponents that kicks off on Tuesday at Calgary.
